Inspired by the perspiration function of skin, Sweatextile directs sweat outward as droplets for rapid dissipation. The research by Dahua Shou, Jintu Fan and Xin Wei explores directional liquid transport for comfort and protection, including resistance to external liquids. It received a 2021 TechConnect Innovation Award.
